Phoenix Matias Maddox
December 20, 2014 – September 15, 2019
Matias has always been, and always will be, a shining heart from Heaven above. He was full of laughter and happiness. We have lost him at a very early age, and he will be missed with all our hearts and soul.
Matias was born to Venus Maddox and Jeffrey Plante. Chad and Kathy were given guardianship and been his acting parents for the last 4 years. We have never cherished anyone more. He was the love of our lives and always will be.
Matias is survived by his grandparents, Chad and Kathy Maddox.
A viewing will be held Saturday, September 21st, 10:30 – 11:30 at the Sterling Height Ward, 165 W. Monarch Drive, Bountiful, with services to follow. Interment, Ben Lomond Cemetery in North Ogden.
