We are so blessed to be part of the McKay/Frame family. Quinn was truly an amazing man—someone I have always admired and looked up to. He had a special gift for making every person feel important, as if they were the only one in the room, no matter how many people were around.
He will be deeply missed by family, friends, and everyone whose life he touched. I am grateful for the many special memories I have of Quinn and the many times our families shared together. His kindness, warmth, and genuine love for others are qualities I will always strive to emulate.
The service was beautiful, and I loved hearing the stories and memories shared by each of you. They were a wonderful reminder of the incredible life Quinn lived and the lasting impact he had on so many people.

Quinn was loved dearly by all of us that played tennis with him. He always had a smile on his face and he was a great inspiration to us all. His serves were right on, and so were his returns. We were all saddened when he stopped playing and we missed him as much as he missed us.

Our Stirland Family loved Quinn. His brother Barrie was my parents son-in-law. Quinn was so good to my parents--letting them stay in his house when we had our Stirland Reunion on my sister Elaine and Barrie's 'land' before they had built their own beautiful home there. We loved to talk to Quinn. He and all his siblings were so solid in the gospel as taught in the Church of Jesus Chist of Latter-day Saints, but Quinn liked to make people think. So sometimes he would play the devil's advocate and take the opporsite side of an issue so those he was talking to had to make sure their thinking was crystal clear on the issue they were discussing. His wife Shirley was a beautiful woman--inside and out. When Quinn appeared argumentative to some, Shirley always made everyone feel good. He was fortunate to have found a woman like Shirley to marry. While it may sound trite, it is good to know that they are once again together. We as a Stirland and a Matthews family offer our condolances to Quinn's children and grandchildren.

Quinn was an exceptional person. I've never met a more humble, modest, positive, grateful, and generous person that had the biggest heart and shared love with everyone he met. His family was his absolute pride and joy and he and Shirley raised the most wonderful people. I am so blessed to have shared some beautiful memories with him and his family. He is leaving a huge hole but also a legacy that is to be revered. I will miss him dearly but I'm so happy for him to be reunited with his lovely wife and family.

President and Sister McKay were the best . I will always remember them and their great love for the missionaries.I remember the way that he always took care of grandma Frame when they came into zone conferences. He was a great father figure to me and always showed kindness. He will never be forgotten. May Gods spirit be with the McKay family during this time and always.To David we need to do a catch up. I was a Priest in Bishop McKay's Priest Quorum in the Edgemont 3rd Ward, in the Summer of 1962. My family was not active in the Church, but Bishop McKay lovingly invited me to attend Church and associate with the other Priests. In the early Fall of 1962, Bishop McKay called me into his office and said the Lord wanted me to serve a mission. I was floored and very unprepared. He assured me that I could do it, though I lacked a great deal of self confidence, but how could I say no to such a wonderful, caring man.. That call, by an inspired man, changed the course of my life forever. Sixty-four years later, temple marriage, 7 children all married in the temple, and on and on. I saw Bishop McKay, a few years later, in Solihull, England (a suburb of Birmingham). He was then President McKay. He was eating dinner with President Ben Lewis (Stake President when I served a mission) and President Ron Hyde. He was so very warm and loving. Our family down through generations owe him such a debt of gratitude.
