Rada and Cal were our best friends in Oregon while we were going to Optometry school and although we lived in California and they lived in Roosevelt after we graduated, we enjoyed visiting with them whenever possible.

We loved being in Rada's and Cal's home when we served as their home teachers. We always came away as the ones being taught. We loved their spirituality and example of dedication to living the principles of the Gospel. They were humble but spiritual giants.

Rada was my next door neighbor while we lived in Roosevelt. My kids loved them both! She had a drawer in the kitchen with toys cars that my boys loved to go play with and see them. She also made the best cupcakes. What an amazing women and I am so thankful I know her. I watched as they drove to Provo often to serve in the temple. What an example.
