Raymond Scott Dunbar of Provo passed away Sunday, March 1, 2020. Ray was born in West Covina, California, on February 5, 1967 to Charles and Lillian Dunbar.
He is survived by his wife, Sandra Engle Dunbar, and their children: Rheanna, Patrick and Faith. Many other family members mourn his passing.
In consideration of the restrictions of gatherings due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the public services for Raymond have been cancelled. Private services will be held by his family. Thank you for your thought and prayers at this time.
