Raymond Stephen Lowe's Obituary
Raymond Stephen Lowe, was born on October 7, 1947 to Ray and Juanita Lowe. He passed away on
Wednesday, November 9th 2022.
“Stephen” which he liked to go by was married to Mable Lowe and he passed on their 38th anniversary.
Stephen was a special education teachers aid and always enjoyed taking care of kids even though he
had no biological children of his own. He was an avid reader and loved movies as well. And could
remember almost all of them.
Raymond is survived by his brother Gary and Sister Patty, His Stepchildren Jim Clark, Serah Owen,
Grandchildren Blake Clark-Harrison, Keith Clark-Harrison, Curtis Harrison, Jessica Hurteau, Alexxandria
Clark, Savanna Clark, Taylor Owen, Braxton Owen: great-grandchildren, Zurie Clark-Harrison, Milo ClarkHarrison, and Armani Clark Harrison.
Funeral services will not be held at this time but family is planning a celebration of life gathering in the
spring of 2023.
