Raymond Lester Smith Sr's Obituary
Our loving father, grandfather, and brother, Raymond Lester Smith, passed away July 12, 2022. He was born May 27, 1948, in Salt Lake City, Utah to William James and Helen Stockfish Smith. Ray was employed by EIMCO Equipment Company in Salt Lake City, Utah for over 30 years. Ray had a gift for building many creative projects out of metal and being able to repair anything and was always the one everyone went to get everything fixed. Ray loved the outdoors and enjoyed hunting, camping, and fishing with friends and family. He also enjoyed a hobby raising animals.
He is survived by 2 siblings, Judy (Kelly)and Vickie, 2 children Raymond (Michelle) and Cherrae (John), 4 grandchildren, Dakota, Cassey, Kaycee and Troy and 4 great grandchildren, Sawyer, Aspen, Kamden and Kyrie.
A special thanks to Family, South Ogden Post Acute and Elevation Hospice for all their help, kindness and loving care.
