Rayna Charlene Neil's Obituary
Rayna Charlene Neil was born June 24th 1971 in Boise, Idaho to Phil and Mary Burley. The second born of three daughters they would have.
A fiery redhead who loved softball, horses, and being a tomboy. Her love of competition, animals and anything that challenged the 'place' of a lady would carry her through her life.
Rayna's family would eventually move to Gooding, then Twin Falls, Idaho in her youth where she made numerous friends and enjoyed playing ball with her Father.
Her parents later divorced and she moved with her father to American Falls. In her late youth, she resided with her mother in Hagerman, Idaho and graduated high school.
Rayna's travels and adventures, would eventually lead her to meeting the love of her life Steven Neil.
They married November 25,1995 in Utah.
Steve supported them as a welder for Hansen-Rice and they traveled the country together with their dog Chelsea making friends and memories along the way. The open road was something she was very fond of and loved the experience of meeting new people and places.
Steve and Rayna eventually wanted to have children and settle down. They purchased a home in Meridian, Idaho. Their son Shane born February 11, 2003 was an addition to their lives they very much hoped for. His time with them would be short.
Several years passed and Rayna eventually settled in Payson, Utah near her husband's family.
Rayna is survived by her husband Steven Michael Neil, her sisters, Shannon Burley (Jeff) and Ovvie Bray (Jason). One Nephew, Adrian Carlson and his three sons; Alexzander, Easton, and Maverick.
