Rhonda Valdez-Haxby's Obituary
In Loving Memory of Rhonda Valdez-Haxby
We regretfully announce the passing of Rhonda (Hutchison) Valdez-Haxby of West Jordan Utah on September 16th , 2021. Rhonda was surrounded by her loving family and passed away peacefully.
Our mother, Rhonda, was one of the strongest women to ever walk this earth and our family was blessed to have her as the head of the family. Rhonda graduated from High School in 1969. After graduating, she went onto pursue careers in many different fields, including store management and a self-employed cleaning business. A definite Jill-of-All trades to say the least.
But what she will always be most remembered for, was her sharp wittedness, her undeniable love for the entire family, her quirky little sayings like Yousta-could, Awesome-fied, & WaZoozy! And then of course we all can never forget that picture perfect, she owned it All, beautiful, one of a kind, “Too Cute” Smile!!
In 1983, she met Randy Jo Haxby and together they went on to raise Rhonda’s 10 year son, Troy Thomas Valdez, whom Randy stepped willingly and lovingly into the dad role as a natural.
Rhonda was a wonderful and loving mother & wife who gave all to her friends and family. We will never be able to fill the space of Love, laughter, and that contagious demeanor she left behind.
She will always be Loved, she will always be Missed, and most of all, she will always be Remembered, but never forgotten!
Rhonda was predeceased by Thomas Robert (T.R) Hutchison (Father), Ressa Evelyn (Beyler) Davis (Mother), Sanny Jones (Sister).
She is survived by Randy Jo Haxby (Husband), Troy Valdez (Son), Lisa Valdez (Daughter-in-law), Hailey Valdez (Granddaughter), Roberta (Sister) & Craig Wardle, LeNae (Sister) & Timothy Haxby, Jim (Brother) & Esther Davis, Diana Haxby (Mother-in-law), and many more family members and lots of loving nieces and nephews!
We will love and miss you so much RhondA FondA!!
Now go in those heavenly fields and Run momma, Breathe Freely, join your loved ones up there in Heaven, and get on that Magical Saddle Iron Horse and ... RIDE! RIDE! RIDE!
