Rich was my favorite teacher. His caring, approachable personality established a high regard and respect for his students. My sincere condolences to his family and close friend.
Goodbye old friend. You are now with your love Suzann. Rest In Peace.
Mr. Stoney was one of the best teachers I ever had. I loved his sense of humor and love for 7-11 hotdogs. Thanks for the great years in your class Cowboy! RIP
Rich Stoney. Toughest and one of the nicest guys I ever met,but he'd always make the comment "If I'm so tough, how come I keep getting busted up!". I traveled and rodeoed with Rich in the Senior Pros (Old Timers). I have a copy of Rodeo News with Rich on the cover getting a bounty bull rode that the younger cowboys couldn't!! Even though we didn't stay in close contact after we both had quit rodeoing, he was always in my thoughts. You are gonna be missed 'ol buddy and I love ya!! Richard Olsen
