Richard (Rick) Anthony Terranova – Our husband, father, brother, and friend returned to his Heavenly Father, August 1, 2023.
He was born May 26, 1943, in San Francisco, California to Ruth and Anthony (Tony) Terranova. Rick and Darlene married April 3, 1965, in Centerville, Utah. Rick was a veteran that served in the Navy in the Vietnam war and was stationed on the Enterprise. Once Rick returned from the Vietnam war, they lived a short time in California and then moved to Utah and made it their home.
Rick loved genealogy and spent many hours compiling family history. Rick served for many years as a temple worker in the Provo and Payson, Utah temples.
Rick is survived by a large and loving family including: his wife Darlene Terranova, 3 surviving sons Tony Terranova (Meredith), Richard Terranova (Rebecca), Chris Terranova (Amber) and a daughter in law Christa (Matt), 13 Grandchildren and 8 Great Grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his daughter Stacy Ann Mason and son Matthew Aaron Terranova.
Funeral Services will be held Monday, August 7, 2023, at 11:00 a.m., viewing prior to the funeral beginning at 9:30 a.m. at the LDS church located at 780 W 500 S, Payson, UT. Interment will be at the Payson City Cemetery.
