Richard Scott Watkins, age 68, passed away on Tuesday, May 21, 2024, in Ogden, Utah. He was born

He was a graduate of Ogden High School, class of ’74. He was a loving father, deeply adored grandfather, a proud Eagle Scout, and a lifelong student who was dedicated to education and the pursuit of knowledge.
A proud Wildcat, he graduated with honors in Network Engineering at WSU in 2006 after having previously graduated with a degree in Management Information Systems in 1990, and having received a degree from the University of Utah for Banking & Finance in 1983.

He was passionate about cars and driving, with some of his fondest memories coming from riding his dirt bike on the local mountain trails.
