Rob Jr was born in Tuba City, Arizona on August 16, 1982. Rob was born into A’deeshchi’nii “A Bend of Red Rock” clan to his mother Bessie Smith. Rob was born for Tachi’nii/Bayoodzin “Red Running Into The Water People/Northern Nevada Paiute” clan for his father Robert J. Dressler Sr. Rob Jr. passed away on September 16, 2024 in Tooele, Utah, west of Salt Lake City.
Rob Jr. was a former student at Wingate Elementary School in Ft. Wingate, New Mexico and a graduate of Gallup High School, Class of 2000.
Rob Jr. is survived by his Nali “paternal grandmother” Mazie Dressler of Rock Springs, New Mexico and his Ma’Sani “maternal grandmother” Mary Smith of Tuba City, Arizona; his brother, Alex Dressler, and his sister, Roxanne Dressler, of Reno, NV; and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. Rob is preceded in death by his parents, Robert Sr. and Bessie Smith.
A memorial service will be held in Sandy, UT on Saturday, October 5, 2024 from 11am-1pm at Premier Funeral Home located at 67 East 8000 South, Midvale, Utah 84047.
