Robert Lee Jenson's Obituary
Robert Lee Jenson, born on April 6th, 1961, to Clifford and Caron Jenson, passed away on October 13, 2023. Rob's journey began by learning refrigeration from his father at a young age, embracing his love for horses, and relishing summers working on the family farm in Nephi. His graduation from Cottonwood High School on May 25, 1979, marked the start of a life filled with adventure and cherished memories.
On May 28, 1983, Rob married Jackie Ann Player, who brought Joey, a stepdaughter, into his life. Together, they welcomed two children, Danielle and Tyler. Later, on June 7, 1997, he found love again, marrying Ronda Stoddard and raising three boys, Jordan, Brennon, and Blake, forming a beautiful and loving family.
A lover of the great outdoors, Rob reveled in hunting, fishing, camping, and anything that brought him closer to nature. His love for these pursuits led him to travel the world in search of hunting spots. His joy was found in sharing his vast array of acquired skills, teaching his children bike riding, four-wheeler handling, baseball, and the art of horse taming. Rob's knack for fixing, creating, and building knew no bounds.
His professional journey saw him dedicating many years to Smiths Food & Drug, specializing in refrigeration. He eventually established and successfully ran Tyler Heating and Cooling, where he installed residential HVAC systems for Bangerter Homes. His exceptional craftsmanship earned him many awards, a testament to his unwavering commitment to quality workmanship.
Rob leaves behind a lasting legacy through his children, Danielle, Tyler, Brennon, and Blake, his mother Caron, and siblings Ken (Julie), Jim, and Bruce. His adored grandchildren, Isley, Keaton, Ellie, and Drake, will forever cherish his memory. Rob will be deeply missed by numerous nieces, nephews, friends, and extended family. He is preceded in death by his son Jordan Scott Jenson and father Clifford Jenson. His spirit will live on in the hearts of all who were fortunate to have known and loved him.
