Robert Lee Sheeley Jr's Obituary
Robert Lee Sheeley Jr. passed away on December 31, 2015 after a heroic battle with cancer at age 64. He was Born December 11th 1951 in Marshalltown, Iowa. Robert was a true patriot, supportive father, and loving grandfather. Robert spent most of his life traveling and has lived in many states across the U.S. making friends where ever he went. He loved to meet new people while on his travels and kept in contact with everyone he met no matter the distance he was always there as an honest and loyal friend. Robert was a very passionate and dedicated man in everything he did. He loved and studied various forms of martial arts, relished in everything science fiction and enjoyed telling his life stories. The last years of Robert's life were spent with his remaining family truly getting to know his grandchildren and taking care of his 1 year old granddaughter. His family was the light of his life and he reminded them often. Robert leaves behind a son Zachary Sheeley, Daughter-in law Jessica Pangos and three adoring grandchildren Landon, Meriya, and Sophia. A private celebration of Robert's life will be held on Wednesday January 6th, 2015 in his son's home in Kearns, Utah with his close family and friends. A public service will be scheduled at a later date. We would like to thank his friends for being a constant in his life.
