I'm in shock still, I only found out a couple hours ago. Ronda is/was my daughter Brylees G-Ma (Godmother).
Ronda was the first person I told when I found out I was pregnant. She offered to take me to the Hospital, and to be there for me for Brylees birth, when my family wouldn't go. I loved Ronda so much. I thought of her as family, not just my friend or neighbor. She bought Brylees first Baby gift when I told her I was pregnant. At Brylees funeral, she offered to help pay for, or help pay the funeral cost. She didn't know I'd paid already. I can't believe she's gone. I have no doubt, my daughter Brylee is so happy to have Ronda with her up in Heaven.

To Shannon, Nick and family, I am so sorry to hear of Ronda’s passing. I will never forget the memories we had during our early high school years. I enjoyed spending time with her at her house on Wrights Crossing Rd. in Pomfret. Many years had passed and we reconnected with each other on Facebook. She was so proud of her children and grandchildren. She always shared stories with me about her kids, grandchildren all her animals. She was so such a kindhearted person. I always knew how much her family and her pets meant to her. My thoughts and prayers are with all of you. May all the wonderful memories you have of her, sustain you in this very difficult time. I would like to pass my condolences to the family and say, Ronnie was a smart and cute young lady that I had the pleasure to have in my life. I will never forget her father who let us take his truck to the drive-in, we were both very young but we had many laughs and many tears together, you will always be in my heart. I could remember having fun with Ronnie with other friends who have past many times, Tom Perron, Dave Obrian, Leisa Navaro, Lance Boniface at Black Pond in Woodstock. Rest in peace and enjoy the Stairway to Heaven. Thank you for being a part of my life, you will be missed by all who knew you.

I was a mommas boy my whole life. I clung to her leg when I was little almost always. I miss you mom.. everyday has been hard and I feel like I can’t carry on in life now. My sincere condolences to Rhonda's family and especially Shannon and Nick. Your mom loved you guys so very much. We were very good friends and were pregnant together when she was pregnant with Nick and I'm Shannon was too young to remember me, but I was part of your lives for a little while before your move to Utah. The pic I'm trying to post is of your mom, Nick and I at my baby shower. Your mom was very thoughtful and kind. We kept in touch over the years and planned to see each other again. I have lots of great memories of my sister. We did a lot of swimming growing up. We played lots of Marco Polo. She was an amazing gymnast. I could just sit and watch her just wishing I were half as flexible. She could fix anything. She was great at decorating and she was an amazing cook. She had a kind heart. She was a passionate soul, a fighter through the end. I will miss spending holidays with her. Those are our best and most cherished memories. I will miss you everyday, Ronda but I know you’re in a much better place now and that someday we will once again be reunited. ❤️

Ronda and I spent many days and nights playing on and exploring Omi and Papa Hansel's land in Connecticut. We stole giant pickles from Omi’s daycare, chased chickens, played Barbies, rode the neighbor’s horses bare back (without permission), and tried to see who could hold their breath the longest underwater. Later in Massachusetts Ronda visited our family with her own young children. She always left the most wonderful notes for our family when she departed. My mother Ingrid, loved her so much. Thank you for loving me Ronda and helping to create wonderful childhood memories. I love you Ronda donda💜I can’t wait to see you again!
