Rosie her husband John and I all worked at the phone company together.
I knew Rosie through John. Every experience that I ever had with Rosie was very good she was a great person.
John and I work together for close to 20 years so I was saddened when he sent me the message about Rosie.

It's been hard to find the right words. Reading the memories here brought some peace that mom was so loved. I'm thankful to dad and my brother for taking care of her and I'm thankful for the weekly family meetings we would have.
My mom was a force of nature. Her strength was undeniable. There will never be anyone like her.
I love you mom, rest easy. I'll see you again one day.

Rosalinda, which means beautiful rose in Spanish is exactly the kind of person my wife was and it is so hard for me to believe she is gone, but she is in a much better place and is no longer suffering. She will be home soon and I know that if there is another side to this life that we all live, then I know I will see her again. Rest in peace my beautiful rose.

A Fond Farewell to my mother Rosalinda Marie Norman
With heavy hearts, we say goodbye to a beautiful soul, Rosalinda Marie Norman, who passed away on January 28, 2025. She was more than a mother—she was a teacher, a guiding light, and the heart of our family. Though dementia took parts of her memory, it could never erase the love, kindness, and wisdom she shared with us all.
My mother taught me everything I know, how to be patient, how to treat people—with respect, kindness, and compassion. She lived by example, showing me what it truly means to care for others. Her love was unconditional, her spirit strong, and her warmth a comfort to everyone who knew her.
Even as her memory faded, her love remained, shining through in the small moments—a touch of her hand, a gentle smile, the familiar feeling of home whenever she was near. Now, though she has left this world, her lessons and love live on in me and in all who were blessed to know her.
My father and I find peace in knowing she is free from the struggles of dementia, resting in the arms of those who went before her. Her spirit will never fade, and her legacy of love will remain in our hearts forever.
Rest peacefully, Mama. Until we meet again.

Rosie and John were our neighbors in central Phoenix. They were much more than neighbors but close and dear friends. We shared many family events, fun and laughter over the years.
Rosie had such an infectious laughter that would light up any room! She was a warm and very gentle person too. She never met a stranger but an opportunity to befriend a person to make them feel welcomed and at ease.
Her home was a gathering place filled with love and warmth for all who were blessed to enter their lovely gathering place.
Rosie and John were inseparable in work and all family gatherings. You could not find one without the other.
They were blessed with two adorable children who they showered with much love and joy.
They had a bountiful network of close family and friends too. They had an expansive village that was the center of their universe.
Nothing meant more to Rosie than family, friends and faith. Those were the pillar of her life, and it gave her much joy and meaning.
We all who have come to know and love Rosie and John have been enhanced in our knowledge and growth in our respective lives.
Rosie is now at peace. We can all honor her by living our lives in the fullest and complete way that she did.
John and family, we mourn with you while celebrating the way Rosie lived her life to the fullest.

I remember Rosie , back in the 70'
She was full of life, Love. Always had a smile. I will never forget how she helped me when I had my first baby (Eddie) I was young and I didn't know much, but she was there for me and my family. I never got to Thank her❤️🙏 for everything.

I will miss my sister Rosie very much. Rosie had a huge sense of humor that my brother Ray and I shared, even at my young age I found out what laughter was all about being around my big sister. Rosie was a protecter of our brother Ray, and myself, as I got to tag alongside them being the littlest brother, ha ha. Our mother said she knew when we were coming home because she could hear us laughing, especially Rosie because she was loud 🤣 when the three of us were together back then we had lots of laughter. When Johnny came into our lives another person with the gift of laughter was added.
Rosie will be missed a wonderful wife mother and friend she is are creator now and he will take care of her now love Nancy Escobar
My loving sister Rosie was always a protector for my brother and myself, me being the youngest I got to tag along. Rosie always had me and our brother Ray laughing uncontrollably, and our mother could hear us coming a block away laughing. My big sister was awesome, I will always love her and have our memories.
