Ross and I were neighbors in the Cherry Knolls neighborhood of Littleton, CO, and went to various schools as they were being built in the 60s. For me it was grades 4-9. I lost track of him at the High School level. Maybe even junior high. I went to Arapahoe High.
He always did the most impressive piano recitals every year in grade school. I was certain I would see his name in lights at some point in life. I'm so sorry to learn he left us so early.
As an aside, it was either his house or the one next door that always set up Disney cartoons/movies in the driveway for the neighborhood kids to watch. I don't know what the parents did for a living but what a great summer memory. We all lived a few steps from the neighborhood pool and tennis courts.
My deepest condolences to his family and just wanted to let you know that I am probably not the only 70 year old who was touched by his artistic genius at a very early age.
