Though his work at the First Step House as a Case Manager and Transport for others was his happiest, most rewarding position. While he loved his work, everything he did, was for his daughter. Not a day passed that he failed to express his love, pride and joy for Baileigh. Having achieved many things in his life, his most sought after rewards were a compliment and a thankful praise of a job well done. Our wonderful brother, father, uncle, and friend who always had a smile, joke, and a laugh to give, proved that one can hit rock bottom and pull yourself out, if you work hard and refuse to give up. Roy, you were a simple man with a huge heart to help anyone in need. Your presence and love will be felt in all the things you taught us. You will be missed immensely. Play your guitar with the choir, brother. We love you. You may be gone, but you will never be forgotten. Memorial service will be at First Presbyterian Church, 12 C Street, SLC, Utah 84116, Services held at 2:00 pm on Saturday, August 25th 2018.
