Roy Patzke's Obituary
Roy Patzke, 79, of Maple Valley, Washington, passed away on April 5, 2026. He was born on May 15, 1946, in Milwaukee, Wisconsin to Richard and Mildred Patzke.
Roy served in the US Army and was a Vietnam War Veteran. Roy spent his career working in aviation, winning the National Aviation Technician award in 1985. He was a safety inspector and retired from the Federal Aviation Administration in 2023.
He is survived by his wife, Phyllis; daughters Felicia Patzke and Audra Rasmussen; sons Jason and Jared (Diana) Patzke; five grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. He is also survived by his sister Suzanne Patzke and brother Terry (Sheryl) Patzke.
A mass in his memory will be celebrated at St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church on April 17, 2026 at 10:00am.
