Ruth Lenora Fowlks' Obituary
Ruthie Fowlks; mother, daughter, aunt, sister, friend, & Navy Vietnam Veteran, was born on Feb. 5 1956 and passed away on Feb. 13, 2013. Preceding her in passing were her sister Lorraine, her brother Keith, and father Jim. She is survived by; her son Matthew Kyle Fowlks, Mother Mary Louise Fowlks, and four brothers: Jimmy Lynn, Kevin Loyd, Dean Leroy, and David Lee. Ruthie was a strong minded, independent woman who brought her sense of humor with her on her life’s journey. She has traveled much, played loud, and laughed often. Ruthie was a loving, giving person, and will be remembered with fondness. While the last few years of her life were fraught with illness, she always brought a smile and a joke to every event she attended. She often shared laughter, smiles, and a great deal of strength. We will remember your sense of humor, love, and strength with fondness, and love. You are loved and missed by many.
The Memorial Service will be held at 12:00 noon on Wednesday, February 12, 2013 at the Little cottonwood 6th Ward Building in the Cultural Hall. 6410 S 725 E Murray, UT
