Sally (Ellen Raye) Cottam Brown
1928 – 2018
We can only imagine the celebration in heaven as our dear mother stepped through the veil into the waiting arms of her eternal companion, Mervin, on December 12, 2018. She was the last remaining child of Heber & Asineth Cottam, of St. George, Utah.
Her life was motherhood, service, and leadership. As a testament to her belief in our Savior, Jesus Christ, she gave freely and completely of her time and resources in many callings, and along with her sweetheart, completed two service missions as a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. Her legacy is that of faith, obedience, integrity, industry and strength.
Her children Blair, Kelly, Russell, Sheldon, Ryan, Patty, and Carmen, along with their spouses, her grandchildren, and great-grandchildren celebrate her life and mourn her loss. Her funeral will be held in lieu of her 90th birthday party, on December 22, 2018 at 235 East Sego Lily Drive, Sandy. 9:30 am viewing, 11:00 service.
