Samuel F. Curtis, Jr., 70, died April 27, 2012 at his home in Mapleton, Utah. He was born April 8, 1942 in Phoenix, Arizona to Samuel F. and Emmeline Hastings Curtis. He is married to Carlene J. Hancock Curtis. Funeral services will be 11:00 am, Monday, April 30, 2012 at the Mapleton 19th LDS Ward Chapel, 1068 South 1600 West, Mapleton, UT. A viewing will be at the church Sunday, April 29, 2012 from 6 to 8 pm and prior to the service Monday from 9:45 to 10:45 am. Interment at the Salem City Cemetery.
