Sandra Dee Eng Miller's Obituary
Sandra Dee Eng Miller, our beloved mother, grandma, great grandmother, sister, auntie, cousin, and friend was freed from this life on November 6, 2023, and is now dancing in heaven. Sandra was born to Hing (Bill) Chung Eng and Mercedes (Cora) Rodriguez on November 30, 1959.
Sandra enjoyed music and attended many concerts throughout her life. She loved spending time with her family, grandkids, and friends. Some of her hobbies were collecting crystals, dragons and every little trinket that caught her eye. She loved sports betting, playing pool, watching her Asian movies, and exploring her artistic creative side. Her grandkids remember her as the fun, loving, witty and spunky grandma. Over the past year our brave and strong mother was battling breast cancer. This year she had the trip of her life when she visited the sandy beaches of Cancun, Mexico…. she loved to be around water. We are thankful for every moment we shared with her. We cherish that we had the opportunity to say goodbye and that she was surrounded by her loved ones during her last moments.
She is preceded in death by her parents, brother Jimmy and sister Wendy and many others. She is survived by siblings, Terry and Cynthia: her children, Chad (Brandy), Cherie, Jeremy, Anthony (Afton), Marcus (Rylee). Grandchildren, Gabe, Vanessa, Adriana, Demi, Savanna, Maximus, Amari, Kameron, Lucas, Roman, Kamberlee, Ariana, Cora Lee, Olivia and Great Grandchild, Isaiah.
In Sandra’s honor, a celebration of life will be held on Saturday November 11, 2023. An open house will take place from 11:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. at St. Therese Catholic Church Hall, located at 7832 South Allen Street, Midvale. The family will share a few words at 1:30pm.
