Scott A Martindale's Obituary
Scott Alan Martindale
31 Mar 1967 – 27 Jan 2017
With deep sorrow we must tell you of our brother, father and friend passing. That damn thing called cancer took him to fly with all those who went before. Fly high, and friendly crosswinds forever! Scott was born in Salt Lake City, Utah to Carole Drummond and Marty Martindale. He attended South High School. Joining the Army right out of High School he began his career of serving our country. He left Active Duty but continued to serve in the Air National Guard, later finishing his career with the 419 Fighter Wing, in the Reserves, with a total of 25 years of service as an F-16 Crew Chief (Snakes in the House!). His love of golf was what kept him going, but what brought him light was the love of his life Kari Martindale. He is survived by three daughters Kayla Martindale, Lyndsey Martindale and Samantha Martindale, Brothers and Sisters, Joyce (George) Vaughn, Christina (Dave) Duran, Randall Moyer, Jack Moyer, Sam Martindale, Angie (Paul) Kracht, Jenny Riggs, many cousins, nieces, nephews and friends near and far. He was preceded in death by his parents, grandparents, aunt and niece. Take Care of each other and God Speed. We will gather Saturday 4 February 2017 at the American Legion, 350 South Depot Street in Clearfield, Utah. There will be a close family and friend gathering from 1500-1530. We will celebrate his life with an Open House for family and friends from 1530-1800. Please come join us for some refreshments, memories and celebrate our brother, father and friend.
Love, The Family !
