Serena Barrios' Obituary
A Song of Ascents.
Serena sadly passed away on May 06, 2024. She was the light of our life. Her smile lit up the room like a ray of sun and her heart was huge and open to all who needed her love. She will be missed but never forgotten. She is survived by her two sons Jonah and Joshua and two girls Sia and Anaise. Mother Lisamarie Taggart and Fathers Jose Barrios and Shane Taggart, also survived by her sister Bibiana Barrios. Brothers Joey, Jesse, Brandyn, Aunts and Uncles and a grandmother, Serena also had extended family. She believed that blood does not make you family, but it is the way you are embraced by family is what really matters.
I lift up my eyes to the hills. From where does my help come? My help comes from the LORD, who made heaven and earth. He will not let your foot be moved; he who keeps you will not slumber. Behold, he who keeps Israel will neither slumber nor sleep. The LORD is your keeper; the LORD is your shade on your right hand. The sun shall not strike you by day, nor the moon by night. The LORD will keep you from all evil; he will keep your life. The LORD will keep your going out and you're coming in from this time forth and forevermore.
Serena will always be known for her love of writing her love of music and her sense of humor. Her love of her family and friends. She was too big for this world and now she goes on to do greater work in the heavens.
Serena never says Good-bye but only see you later on the other side
