Shelley Marie Fritz's Obituary
Our beloved mother, Shelley Marie Fritz, age 43 passed away quietly in her sleep on Wednesday, April 4th, 2018 after a long battle with cancer. She was born on July 21st, 1974 in Salt Lake City, Utah to Cindy A. Montoya (mommy) and Sheldon L. Fritz. She is survived by her daughters Laken, Alexis and Rayann Fritz, a new grandson, Tobias S. Fritz, her siblings Raquel (Marty) Martinez, Melissa Montoya, Brian (Rachel) Fritz, Timothy (Natasha) Fritz, Brianne (James) Brinkerhoff, Ryan Fritz, Alison Fritz, and Alicia Fritz. She is preceded in death by her Grandfathers, Laurence Montoya and Ben Fritz, her Grandmother Moneta Fritz and her youngest brother Breydon Fritz.
Shelley had the strength that came from the Lord and the courage that came from her faith to endure every obstacle that she faced. It was the love for her daughters and family that kept her moving forward. She had a contagious laugh that you couldn’t help but laugh at and laugh with. From her Guns N Roses obsession, roller coasters and movie collection, there was never a dull moment. Her sass and cheetah print style or crazy nails drew attention from every direction.
Shelley had a huge heart and always went the extra mile for those she loved. She was braver than she believed, stronger than she seemed and smarter that you would think.
A viewing will be held Sunday, April 8th, 2018 between 6 – 8 pm at the West Jordan SDA Church located on 2125 W. 9000 S. A second viewing will be available prior to the funeral services Monday, April 9th, 2018 from 12 pm – 1:30 pm.
Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 pm on Monday, April 9th, 2018 at the West Jordan SDA Church located on 2125 W. 9000 S.
