Shellie Riggs was welcomed into the arms of her heavenly family February 15, 2018, she was born October 24, 1950 to Elvin Loy Riggs and Cleo Judd in Salt Lake City UT. She was the second child of 5 children.
She was survived by 4 daughters. Dawn Carson, Brittini Carson, Amanda Carson and Jessica Pierce. 5 Grandchildren. Sebastian Van Harten, Christian Van Harten, Aubree Munsell, Addee Munsell and Alexia Carson Okwabi. Kimberlie Hess (Cameron), LeAnne Riggs and Patricia Riggs. And so many other family and friends,
She is proceeded in death by Elvin Loy Riggs (father) Cleo Riggs (mother) Randall Riggs (brother) Robin Riggs (brother) Valerie Riggs Abramyan (sister).
Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, February 17, 2018 at the LDS Chapel 875 Foxboro Drive North Salt Lake Utah, 84054 at 1:00 pm with a viewing 1 hour prior to the services. Graveside will be held at the Lake View Cemetery following the Services.
