Sheri Lynn Voisard's Obituary
Sheri Lynn (Grill) Voisard passed July 5, 2025, at the age of 70. She was born December 31, 1954, to Beverly Owen and Thomas Richard Grill.
She graduated from Weber High School in 1973 and attended Weber State College, where she met Dale Voisard and won his heart with her beautiful smile and chocolate chip cookies.
On October 24, 1975, Sheri married her true love and square dancing partner, Dale, in the Salt Lake Temple.
Sheri was a loving and dedicated mother and grandmother. She loved her family, friends, and country. She served in many callings in her church, including nursery, Scouts, activities chairman, and Relief Society President.
Sheri was a passionate crafter, including ceramics, tole painting, tri-chem liquid embroidery, jewelry making, cake decorating, diamond art, and quilting. She found a lot of joy in creating and in sharing those creations with others.
She is preceded in death by her parents Beverly & Edward T. Buttars, Thomas R. & Shirley Grill, her brother Dennis Grill, and her niece Tara Park.
Sheri is survived by Dale, her loving and dedicated husband of 49 years, 8 months, and 11 days. She is also survived by her younger brother John (Marty) Grill, her two children and four grandchildren, her nieces and nephews, many extended family members, and a family of loving neighbors and friends.
A viewing will be held on Monday, July 14th at 10:30 a.m. at the Sunset Stake Center, 220 West 975 North, with the memorial service following at 12:00 p.m. A graveside service will follow at the Hooper Cemetery. All who love Sheri are invited to attend and celebrate her life.
