Sione Hafoka Mapa Jr., 1996-2011, peacefully passed away on July 18, 2011. Son of Liliani Tokelau Hopoate and Sione Hafoka Mapa Sr. Survived by 6 sisters, 5 brothers and 5 nephews. Viewing will be held Thursday July 21, 2011 at Jordan 4th Ward on 3700 West 4700 South from 9:00a.m.-11:45a.m. Funeral services will be at 12:00p.m.-1:30p.m. followed by the burial services at Valley View Memorial Park on 4335 West 4100 South. Memorial Donations would be appreciated.
