Stacy Ann Locke's Obituary
Stacy Ann Hoisington Westrand Bagnall Locke, of Ogden, Utah, Passed away on December 31, 2025, at McKay-Dee Hospital.
Stacy was born on April 14, 1968, in Vancouver, Washington to Karen Lee Hoisington and Philip Dan Clay. She graduated from Hudson’s Bay High School where she was the Homecoming Queen and a member of the Cheerleading Squad. She enjoyed being on the dance team and playing volleyball. Stacy lived in many homes in Washington, California, and Nevada. She finally landed in Salt Lake City, Utah where she met the love of her life. Stacy and Weston James Locke were married on May 1, 2021, in West Valley City at the home of Gundi and Lamar Jones. A year later they moved to Ogden. She always had an endearing love for animals; there wasn’t a dog she didn’t want to pet, and an unconditional love for her husband where they would always be holding hands everywhere they went,
Stacy was baptized into the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints on April 13, 2024. She was intrigued by the belief of eternal marriage, the love and kindness she was welcomed with, and the opportunity to give back to those in need. She attended the Water Tower Branch that caters to those who are working on putting their lives back in order and making a new beginning into society. While serving food at the church dinners she would always do her best to make sure everyone she met felt welcome and loved without judgment. She was best known for her beautiful smile, shining eyes, and generous hugs.
Stacy is survived by her husband, Weston Locke, her daughter, Keeley Bagnall, whom she dearly missed every day leaving an empty space in her heart. She is also survived by her mother and stepfather, Karen and Gary Taylor, her second mom and dad, Sue and Warren Bozarth, her stepsiblings Robin Catron, David Taylor, Janis Brewster, and Jill Taylor, her best friends Debi and Kristi, and her cat, Sirus. She was proceeded in death by her father, Philip Clay and her stepbrother, Jeff Taylor.
There was a memorial service held in Stacy’s honor at the Water Tower Branch January 10, 2025, where many wonderful memories were shared, hearts were grieving, and tears were shed. Although she will be sadly missed, our joy will come from having known Stacy and remembering her kindness, warmth, love, and beautiful smile. We will all love you, Stacy, always and forever, until we meet again. My Darling, “do you remember when? We used to sing”. My (beautiful) brown eyed girl.
