Stephanie Lea Birch Jack left us on January 8, 2014.
Stephanie was born on November 2, 1980 to David D. and Teri L. Birch. She graduated from Valley High School in 2001. She married her soul mate Nathan Jack on April 14, 2004. She was the loving mother of Trevor D. Birch and Heather Cramer-Birch. She loved dancing, baseball, watching her husband pitch, camping and helping others. She had a fun and playful personality and loved to laugh.
Stephanie is survived by her husband, Nathan Jack; her children Trevor and Heather; her parents, David and Teri Birch; brother Steven D. (Erica) and sister Ashley Birch: grandparents, Richard and Bonnie Mackey; grandmother, Carolyn Birch; in-laws Kathy and Richard Jack and many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews and extended family. Stephanie touched many lives and was loved by all who knew her.
Stephanie was preceded in death by her Grandpa Donald A. Birch.
A Celebration of Stephanie’s Life will be held on Wednesday, January 15, 2014 with a Viewing at 11:00 a.m. and Services at 12 noon. The services and viewing will be held at the 6th Ward Recreation Center: 4240 West 5215 South (Sam’s blvd) Kearns Utah.
In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate assistance in paying for funeral expenses.
