Steve Gil's Obituary
In Loving Memory of Steve Gil
Steve Gil, sunrise on April 14, 1959, in Tijuana, Baja California, sunset on February 26, 2026. He was a beloved son, father, grandfather, brother, and friend whose presence filled every room with warmth and joy.
Steve was the cherished son of Esteban and Margarita Gil and the third of five siblings. He was a proud father of eight children and a loving grandfather of 22 grandchildren.
Steve had a true gift for drawing. Through his art, he expressed his creativity and the gentle soul he carried within.
He will always be remembered for his sweetest smile, the biggest dimples, and a contagious laugh that could light up any space. His kindness, warmth, and loving spirit touched everyone who had the blessing of knowing him. He had a way of making people feel welcome, valued, and deeply loved.
Though our hearts are heavy with his passing, we find comfort in the countless memories he leaves behind — in every laugh shared, every lesson taught, and every moment spent together. His legacy lives on through his children, grandchildren, and all who carry his love in their hearts.
Steve Gil will be deeply missed and forever loved.
