Dear Betty & family, I met Stuart always looking forward to seeing him when visiting my father TAB (89) in room 236. Stuart & dad were from Provo living one block apart, but met late in life; both graduated BYU, were LDS & served in the military. Stuart was so kind wanting to take dad to Provo with him sometime; he worried about dad and helped him eat meals getting in trouble for cutting dad's food for him! Stuart would wake dad up when he fell asleep at the dining table! Dad always looked for Stuart to sit with. Once the W stuffing was dry so I made my mom's homemade stuffing, mashed potatoes/gravy & Honey Baked Ham for them. I also met sweet Betty and am so sorry to hear Stuart passed. I have a very neat and comforting story. Dad told me Tuesday am Stuart passed and that he came and walked him down the hall to 221 and dad saw your family there. Dad was bedridden and could not have walked. Dad also told his Hospice CNA this happened. My father passed on the 13th. I believe Stuart was with him! My brother found two Memorial cards in the parking lot and asked me if this was dad's friend I told my family about? "YES!" Stuart was such a kind, soft spoken man. I am blessed to have met and known Stuart. I am so happy that they were friends at the end of their lives. I believe they went to Provo~
