Te Moana Keaunu Greening's Obituary
Our Te Moana Keaunu Greening, ‘Temo’ returned to his Heavenly home unexpectedly Wednesday January 17th, 2024, from a seizure. Temo was born November 12th, 2008, in Provo, at age 15.
Temo brought joy and amusement to those that loved him. He tried to do his best to meet expectations despite the challenges of being on the autism spectrum and being an introverted soul. Temo loved art and was an artist. He especially loved letters and logos. He would find letters everywhere he looked, in shadows, in branches, in rock formations, everywhere. He enjoyed how letters were displayed and emphasized in logos. He loved all colors but especially the color blue. He loved the colors of the rainbow and loved that rainbows had organized colors to them. He would spend hours on various art projects and was a talented artist from an early age.
Temo loved his family and was very close to them. His Dad was his best friend. He loved to share his interests with those that came to his home when he was ready to share. Or take an item to school to share with his teachers and classmates. People felt honored when Temo chose them to share his interests with. He loved having his own space and filling it with the items he collected. Once he loved an item it became a treasure to him and he would never let it go.
Temo leaves a hole in the hearts of those that love him. He has reunited with his sister Maia Mckenzie in heaven. He is survived by his parents Vaughan and Bethany, brothers Zeland, Keahi, Vaughan, Nivah, and sister Edran.
Temo’s funeral service will be held Monday, January 22, 2024, at the Stake Center 1560 S 1100 W Provo UT 84601. The viewing will be at 11:30 am and funeral services at 1:00 pm.
