Teresa Horrocks' Obituary
Teresa Horrocks, 48, passed away October 10, 2011 in Santaquin, Utah. She was born January 22, 1963 in Heber City, Utah to James and Shirley May Ballard Horrocks. She grew up in Heber City, Utah and Mtn. View, Wyoming.
Survived by children, Brigett Marie Davis, Kellie Lynn Davis, Patrick Andrew Rodriguez and Rachael Anne Rodriguez, seven grandchildren, parents, three sisters and four brothers.
Memorial services will be held 11:00 am, Tuesday, October 18, 2011 at the LDS Chapel at 715 East 600 South, Heber City, Utah.
