Terry Lynn Taylor's Obituary
It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Terry Taylor, who passed away on May 1, 2026, at the age of 62.
Terry was a man who lived life wide open — full of love, wisdom, adventure, and a wild spirit that could never be tamed. He had a way of making an impression on everyone he met through his stories, his knowledge, his laughter, and his larger-than-life personality.
Terry spent many years working hard on the oil rigs and as a truck driver, dedicating himself to providing for those he loved. He was a hardworking man who believed in doing things the right way and never shied away from a challenge.
Outside of work, Terry truly came alive on his beloved Harley-Davidson, riding free with the wind blowing through his hair. The open road was one of his greatest joys. He also loved fishing, camping, and spending time outdoors, where he felt most at peace. Above all else, Terry cherished time spent with his family and friends, creating memories that will live on forever.
Terry is survived by his loving siblings: Carol, Larry, Debbie and Tom; his children: Lisa, Kyle, Tyman, and Josh; his grandchildren: Dakota, Treason, Jayden, Remington, and Addy, who brought endless pride and joy to his life; and his many nieces and nephews, all of whom he loved dearly.
He is now reunited with those who went before him, including his beloved mother Sheri, father Harlan, his brother, and nephews.
Terry leaves behind a legacy of strength, love, laughter, and unforgettable memories. He was a wild man with a huge heart, a sharp mind, and a free spirit who lived life on his own terms.
Though he may be gone from our sight, his spirit rides on forever — in every open road, every roaring engine, every quiet fishing trip, and every memory shared by those who loved him.
“He rode hard, loved deeply, and lived free.”
