My deepest condolences to the entire Tullis family. I have many fond memories of Terry, in my youth, as the father of some of my favorite friends. He was always welcoming, and his smile and kindness were ever present. I recall playing with a huge barbie house (even wired with working lights) that Terry built for his girls. Another memory that sticks with me is the regular evening family prayers Terry presided over. As a guest I was invited to kneel with all the family and give thanks to the Lord for the success of the day and ask for the needs of tomorrow. Afterward, we girls would retire to a bedroom above the parents' room and proceed to talk and giggle. There would soon come the directive to "Stop the talking and go to sleep!" We tried, but he had to remind us multiple times. I loved my time in the Tullis home and recall the many kindnesses with gratitude and love. May the Lord bless your sad hearts with the knowledge that you will be reunited again, according to the promises and goodness of our Savior Jesus Christ.
All my love,

I'm so sad to hear of Terry's passing. When I moved back to Vernal after 6 years in Alaska, he was the first I met in first period history class in Jr. High. He showed me around to make sure I knew how to get to my classes. He remained a good friend and National Guard Army buddy. None of us will forget the green beast of a Jeep station wagon we bought and drove together from Vernal to Fort Lewis Washington. Our Love and prayers to his family.

What a testament to the man, when all you can add to what you captured in the description of Terry is "amen".
This is the man I know and love and will miss until our day of reunion.
I fully expect when we meet again, he will excitedly say, "come with me , I have something I have to show you." He will take me to a library that answers so many of the things we pondered together.
You have been like a brother to me and many others. You made us all feel special. That says so much about who you are and who you emulated in your life.
Congratulations on graduating with honors!

Court and I consider Terry an eternal friend! Yes indeed he was very empathetic and kind and spiritually minded! After Court passed 7 yrs ago, both Terry and Nancy called regularly and visited as possible. It meant everything to me! And Im sure, Court has already thanked him! God bless him and comfort Nancy and children💖
It is with great sadness I have learned that Terry has passed on. Through work we became great friends. While Terry was managing a project in Cleveland for me, each morning I would drive 150 miles just to have breakfast with him.. at those meetings we would solve all the world problems and have many laughs. lol. Terry was such a honorable man. His word indeed was his bond. I always looked forward to his emails, for sure you could count on laughter because of his great sense of humor. Even though he was sick it never stopped him. I regret not being able to say good by. My sincere condolences to Nancy and children who Terry loved dearly.
