Our beloved husband, father, grandfather, and great grandfather passed peacefully at the age of 71 years. He was survived by his wife/partner Theresa of 43 years. His daughter Le’Donna Sullivan (Clint), grandchildren Benjamin Raymond-Hernandez, Lupe Cummings, Tessa Sullivan, Tatum Sullivan, and Kaleha Sullivan. Great grandchildren Giovanni Hernandez, Lylah Hernandez, David Hernandez, Zaniah Hernandez and Coraline. Two brothers Brian Brooks (Anne) and Bob Raymond (Cindy). He was proceeded in death by his son Sean Duncan.
