Toni Lyn Westerwell Money's Obituary
Our loving and talented wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, Toni Lyn Westerwell Money, age 61, died June 19, 2021, after a valiant battle with cancer. She died with her devoted husband and soulmate by her side. Toni battled cancer fearlessly. She never complained and she continued to serve others through her last days.
Toni was born July 30, 1959 in Springville Utah, the baby of five children, a daughter to Richard Lee and Joan Strebel Westerwelle. Toni graduated from Springville High School. She later graduated from Hollywood Beauty College in Provo, Utah.
On March 20, 1996, Toni married the love of her life, Michael Richard Money, of Springville, Utah. Michael brought three children to their marriage, Caz, Janni, and Marni, whom Toni welcomed and loved as if they were her own. She was the best Gma Toni anyone could ever have.
Toni was a strong woman who loved unconditionally. She kept many close friends throughout her life and was always serving others. She was a lover of all animals. Her greatest gift to all of us was her unconditional love.
Toni was very talented and always finding new hobbies. She became a beautiful florist, a master seamstress, quilter, and designer. She could sew or craft anything you could imagine. She made beautiful dolls, wreaths, quilts, and ornaments. She took great pleasure in making special gifts filled with love for each of us.
Toni is survived by her loving husband, Michael; children: Caz, Janni, and Marni; 4 grandchildren; Hannah, Lexi, Tyler & Staley. 1 great-granddaughter; Kelani; fur babies: Jazzy and Taco.
She is preceded in death by her parents; grandparents: Louis and Nina Westerwelle and Martin and Nyla Strebel; and siblings; Richard Westerwelle and Buddy Westerwelle; favorite rabbit: Jed; and favorite dog: Roy.
The family would like to thank all the doctors, nurses, and caregivers at the Huntsman Cancer Institute, the hospice nurses, and all those who cared so deeply for Toni.
Funeral service will be held at 12 noon on Thursday, June 24, 2021 at the Spanish Fork 22nd Ward, 736 E 400 N. Spanish Fork, Utah with a viewing to begin at 10:00 am. Interment to follow at the Spanish Fork City Cemetery. Funeral services provided by Premier Funeral Services.
