Troy was born in Garden City kansas on Aug-30-1961, and passed away Jan-5-2018 at 57 years old. Troy marries the love of his life march 17 , 1983. Together they had 3 beautiful children . He loved to cook , fish , camp and tinker with things. Troy preceded in death by his parents Earl Leroy Jay, and MaryAlice Victoria ( Vicki ) Southam. Troy is sUurvived by his wife Deborah Jay and there three children. Johannas Earl Leroy Jay, Christiaan Daniel Dever Jay ( kaylyn) and Acacia Donna Marie Jay. His sister Sheri jay Lake ( Brent ) and brother Craig Jay ( Nancy ) He also lives through his only grandchild Abigail Marie Jay.
