With his family by his side Vance Marvin Heslop passed away peacefully returning home to live with his Heavenly Parents on Monday December 18, 2023 at the age of 69 following complications from a series of strokes. Vance was full of life, knew how to have a good time and made friends everywhere he went. A legend of his own kind and will be missed by many.
