Sending love and sympathy at the loss of such a giant of a man! I remember Vern well, and think of he and Merla each time I walk by their Midway home. Those were very sweet memories of the Midway 2nd Ward. It was a blessing to know him and the great Wilson family who added so much to the magic of old Midway. It's wonderful that he was so professionally successful, yet such a kind, fun friend.
