I met Vicki when she moved to Milton – Freewater Oregon. I've always known her to be positive and upbeat about everything in life. She could make the best out of every situation. She taught me that if I had a run and one leg of my pantyhose I could cut it off and match it with another set of pantyhose that also had one leg, A true and kind friend, I miss her every day.
I will always remember and treasure my "virtual" relationship with Vicki. We met through a soap makers talk group when she lived in Florida and kept in touch through Facebook. I shared a "sisterhood" with her because both she and I had cancer AND cared for an invalid husband at the same time. She gave me good advice and we shared love and prayers. Even if it was only through the written word. It was no more less valuable than if we'd lived next door to each other. Vicki was kind, generous and an Angel here on earth. RIP dear Vicki. And thank you❤️
I wish the family of Vicki a sincere hug for their loss. Vicki was a sweet woman in the short time that I knew her, never complaining, ever cheerful, generous in her last days with gratitude for the help she was receiving. A keepsake is left behind from her, she donated ribbon to the Relief Society and they were attached them to the annual bookmarks given out to all the sisters of the ward, Thanks and God be with you in these sad days.
