I first met Victor while serving in the Irish Mission. I was acquainted with his uncle, Doug before I met Victor. I remember he enjoyed dancing every Friday night in Murray. He enjoyed life and overcame numerous difficulties. I visited him at the assisted living center. He was always happy to see me and had a smile on his face. I received many comments from fellow Irish missionaries expressing their love and concern regarding his illness. They all signed a card to give him which I delivered. The Irish missionaries send their love and condolences to Victor's lived ones. We are thankful to Denise Willey for letting us know of his serious illness and send our love to her.
