My mom could make the best chicken noodle soup you have ever tasted. One of my most cherished memories is my mom and I making chicken noodle soup together in my kitchen. My mom had a strong personality and had to do things her way. I can laugh at the silly little upsets that disgruntled her events. She always seemed to get over them quickly. She had so much love to share with all those she would meet. Her chicken noodle soup was one of those manifestations of love-difficult and fun with a bit of spice. I love you mom. Rest in Peace.
