Wanda Elaine Schoenfeld's Obituary
On August 19, 2021, Wanda Elaine Schoenfeld completed her earthly journey. Her sweet spirit, love of others, and a cherished family live on. Wanda was born July 24, 1951, to Glen and Margaret Olson. She married David Carl Schoenfeld on March 13, 1976, and had three children.
Wanda was a special mother and grandmother, always wanting the best for them. She treasured the time spent with her grand-kids, especially at the holidays and their birthdays.
Wanda was a trained beautician, and also worked at candy making and did clerical work for several years part time. Even when she had to stop working, she was always busy and working on her crafts, so others could be gifted with her creativity and talents. She loved to crochet and made many blankets, scarves, and other items for family and friends. She was most fulfilled when a homemade gift and card could be sent to those close to her. She always wanted that special remembrance to have a personal touch, by writing her own poems, making her own greeting cards, or one of her many tasty candies. Wanda truly used her gifts and talents by sharing them so freely with others.
Wanda was a lifelong active and dedicated member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. She served faithfully in a number of positions. Her faith was always her highest priority and she demonstrated a firm devotion to the Gospel.
Wanda loved her cats and they were loyal and affectionate companions for her, especially Jumpers, her current furry friend, who misses her a lot.
Survivors: Wanda is survived by her husband, David, three children, Scott, Robert, Lisa Hieb, one sister, Marilyn, four brothers, Brent, David, Bill, and Steve, and seven grandchildren, Isaiah, Connor, Hunter, Joe, Katelynn, Hailey, Taylor.
