My dear friend, we had so much fun hanging out in Junior High, man did we do some crazy shit! I always laugh thinking about the time we rolled a joint from my brother’s stash in my mom’s oregano bottle. We didn’t realize when we lit it down in the basement, the smell would rise upstairs and alert my mom. OMG did we ever back pedal on that one! The time we rode in the back of your parent’s truck to Utah lake where your dad taught us to shoot a pistol and your mom laughed at us putting sunscreen on our dust covered arms and face. My favorite when we hid our shirts & pants in the false ceiling of the church, so we could change out of our dresses and skip going to mutual. The time I was going to fight someone and you came along when you really didn’t want to. I still picture the look of relief on your face when the other girl didn’t show. Sharing our love for gymnastics, music, secrets and just hanging out being silly, stupid and best of friends! I was so excited 20 years ago when my mom called and said you won’t believe who just called me, Wendy Day. We talked for hours, just like we’d never been apart. Rest in Paradise my sweet friend, I’ll meet you halfway. Love you….Bella
My condolences to your family, may the memories ease the pain.
