I loved spending some summertime days as a child in Huntsville with grandma and especially those days when you visited. Playing in the irrigation water, swinging, going to Leon's store, sleep overs there and at your parent's home, an occasional reservoir visit, the day we all turned green when grandma announce we were having our pet bunny not chicken, like we thought, for lunch....
Life is busy as adults and we did not see each other often but when we did the magic of childhood always returned.
Love you my angel cousin. Looking forward to an amazing reunion again.

I met Wendy in 1977 after my family moved to Ogden Valley. She was the first person to befriend me (after peeking at me through an entire church meeting!), and we remained good friends during our years at Valley Junior High. One summer we had a sleepover at my place, staying in the cabin next to our house. We decided stay up the whole night. We were so loopy the next morning that my mom thought we had ingested some old medicines in the cabin! Instead, we were exhausted from an entire night of talking and laughter. Wendy made everyone feel at ease. I'm so sad that cancer has taken her away. My love to all her family.

My fondest memories are Wendys warm hugs, they made you feel so loved. She was always so present in the moment and interested and focused on you. Her advices and councel was always so genuine and sincere. She saw beauty in everything. It was so lovely when she came and visited us in Sweden. I remember how she was so full of joy and laughter. We love her and we will miss her till we meet again.
