Wesley Dean Barfuss' Obituary
On Sunday July 3, 2022 Wesley Dean Barfuss, husband, father and grandfather, passed away at age 64.
Wes was born on September 12th, 1957 in Ogden, Utah to Gene and Hazel (Colton) Barfuss. On March 9th, 1991, Wes married his soulmate Judy Diane (Quenemoen) Barfuss. They raised three daughters Jessica, Tory and Lori. Wes had a passion for anything and everything mechanical. He retired from Weber County in 2014. He enjoyed spending his free time camping, riding ATVs and as of late, rock hounding with his wife and their grandchildren. Wes was known for his quick wit, exceptional mechanical ability and the likelihood he would combine the two "just for fun". He was loved and will be missed.
Wes was preceded in death by his father Gene, his mother Hazel, and his brother Dwight. He is survived by his wife Judy, his three children Jessica, Tory (Allen) and Lori, his siblings Greg (Jolene), Peggy (Gary), Jeff (Chris) and six grandkids.
A celebration of life will be held September 17, 2022, details to follow. In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate donations be sent to the Make-A-Wish foundation.
