WESLEY ALLEN STAHL
June 22, 1957 ~ February 2, 2016
Wesley Allen Stahl, 58, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, February 2, 2016, after a courageous two year battle with cancer. He was born June 22, 1957, in Long Beach, California to Truett and Patricia Stahl. After graduating from high school, he moved to Utah with his best friend, Tim Olsen, and adopted parents, Clinton and Betty Olsen.
Wes was passionate about golf, enjoyed going to the gym, seeing the latest movie releases, and eating breakfast at Jim’s Restaurant. He would rarely miss ending a day without a bowl of ice cream.
Survived by his wife of 19 years, Emilie, and children; Sarah (Chance) Davis, Hailey Stahl and Tyler Stahl.
Our heartfelt thanks to Dr. Phil Taussky and the staff at the U of U for their heroic efforts to save Wes’ life during his several brain surgeries. Also, we appreciate the loving care of CNS Hospice and a special thanks to Rob and Nick Steele.
Viewing on Friday, February 12, 2016, 6-8 pm at the Whitehall Ward, 3150 West Whitehall Drive (3985 South), West Valley City, Utah. Wes requested no funeral be held. Please join us for a Memorial Celebration on Saturday, February 13, 2016, at 12:00 pm at the same location.
